Just steps from Playa Portillo and close to the renowned kitesurf and wingfoil spots, the property combines modern style with Caribbean charm perfect for large families or groups of friends.

The villa features 4 bedrooms, 8 beds and 3 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. Generous living areas open to outdoor lounges, a private pool with jacuzzi, and direct access to the beach, creating the ideal setting for relaxation and fun.

Included staff ensures a carefree stay: a cleaning lady from 8 am to 3 pm (with breakfast preparation included, lunch for an additional 1,500 DOP per meal) and a pool person twice a week. Dinner preparation can also be arranged for an additional 2,000 DOP per meal.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, service kitchen, air conditioning (charged separately at 15 DOP/kW), inverter system, Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed internet, BBQ, washer and dryer, and private parking for 4 cars. The villa is fully independent, set within a secure gated community with 24/7 security. Please note: pets are not allowed.
