This charming modern villa, newly built in 2023, offers stylish one-level living with a spacious terrace overlooking a lush tropical garden and a private saltwater pool. Elegantly decorated with authentic Balinese furniture and fully equipped with modern amenities, it is ideally located just two minutes from pristine Portillo Beach, within a secure gated community with 24/7 security. With direct access to the renowned kitesurf and wingfoil spot, it is the perfect retreat for couples, families, or small groups.

The villa features 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, 1 sofa bed and 2 full bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. Bright living spaces open to the outdoors, blending tropical vibes with modern comfort.

Guests will enjoy included staff: a cleaning lady every two days from 8 am to 2 pm (with breakfast preparation included) and a pool person once a week. Lunch and dinner preparation can also be arranged for an additional 2,000 DOP per meal.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and ice cube machine, air conditioning (charged separately), inverter system, Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed internet, BBQ, washer and dryer, and private parking for 3 vehicles. Please note that pets are not allowed and electricity is charged separately.
