Fully furnished and move-in ready, it is set within an exclusive gated residence with 24/7 security, directly facing Portillo Beach with direct access to one of the Dominican Republic’s top kitesurf and wingfoil spots.

The villa offers 4 bedrooms, 8 beds, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom (a convenient service bathroom with toilet and sink but no shower), accommodating up to 12 guests. With wide living areas, outdoor lounges, and direct beach access, it is the ideal retreat for families or large groups.

Guests will enjoy included staff: a cleaning lady daily from 8 am to 2 pm (with breakfast preparation included), a pool person twice a week, and a gardener once a week. Lunch and dinner preparation can also be arranged for an additional 2,000 DOP per meal.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, inverter system, Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed internet, BBQ, washer and dryer, and private parking for 3 vehicles. The villa is also pet-friendly, so your furry friends can join the getaway. Note that electricity is charged separately (including air conditioning).
